Our Youth Tricking class is offered for young people ages 10-16! Tricking is for EVERYONE! No previous experience necessary - we welcome our beginners!
Tricking (or martial arts tricking) is a non-combative, dynamic sport that incorporates elements of martial arts kicking, gymnastics flipping, and breakdancing and combines them into a single, peformance-focused artform.
If your child is looking for an alternative to traditional sports, tricking might be the activity for them!
Tricking is more than just the awesome skills you'll learn. It's a tool we use to develop young adults. It's a full body workout that improves strength, body awareness, and flexibility.
Training tricking affects more than just your physical state. It also encourages focus, goal setting, and discipline.
We offer a FREE, 1:1 Intro Class with a coach. In this 30 minute intro class we will assess your current level and establish what level of class will best fit you!
For our more inexperienced students with no prior athletic background, we might recommend our Foundations Program. Schedule a free intro session here.
Once you get placed into a group class, you'll start learning new skills! In our Beginner Class (Level 2) the big skills we focus on are the Backflip, Frontflip, and Aerial in addition to all the kicks and supplementary skills.
We use Skill Cards to track your progress. Once you've filled out the card you level up to the next level and get a new band color!
