Our Kids Tricking class is offered for children ages 7 to 9! Tricking is for EVERYONE! No previous experience necessary - we welcome our beginners!

Tricking is more than just the awesome skills you'll learn. It's a tool we use to develop young adults. It's a full body workout that improves strength, body awareness, and flexibility.
Training tricking affects more than just your physical state. It also encourages focus, goal setting, and discipline.
Coordination. Your child will develop their bodily awareness and control through learning new skills and movements.
Focus. Learning new skills isn't easy. Focus is crucial to learning new skills - and we do it in an environment that is fun and engaging.
Strength. Our program integrates jumps and conditioning in a fun, playful way.
